A different way to find therapy
Find a therapist who fits you.
Therapy is personal. Finding the right person should not mean scrolling through hundreds of profiles.
How it works
Step 1
Tell us what you need
You answer six short questions about what you are looking for and how you would like to work with someone. Every question is optional and you do not need an account.
Step 2
See who fits
You get a handful of therapists rather than hundreds, and each one comes with a written explanation of why they are there.
Step 3
Decide in your own time
Nothing is booked for you and nobody contacts you. You get in touch when you are ready, or you look at someone else.
Reasons, not scores
Every therapist you see comes with a short explanation, written from what you told us. You can read it and disagree with it, which is the point. A percentage suggests a precision nobody has.
Technology narrows the search. People make the match. Nobody pays to appear higher up your results.
What we check
Every therapist listed is qualified and professionally registered. We show you which body they are registered with, which status they hold and the date we last checked it.
Registration and accreditation are different standards in UK counselling, so we show them separately and never treat one as the other. Our own checks are separate again: they sit alongside registration with a professional body, and never stand in for it.
What happens to your answers
What you tell us about yourself is health information, so we do not collect it. Your answers stay in your browser, the matching happens on your own device, and you need no account to see results.
